<p>Our client is seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Finance Administrator</strong> to support their property management team on a contract basis. This role focuses on accounts receivable, tenant records, and communication with property managers in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain tenant and property records in Yardi.</li><li>Charge, post, and collect rent; apply payments and follow up on arrears.</li><li>Prepare arrears letters, rent increase notices, and security deposit refunds.</li><li>Update tenant lists, rent rolls, and coordinate maintenance chargebacks.</li><li>Support other finance and administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul>
