<p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</strong></p><p>We’re seeking outstanding professionals who possess the following skills and qualifications:</p><p><strong>Top Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibility within an IT management or director-level capacity</li><li>Demonstrated success developing and executing IT strategies, roadmaps, and technology transformation initiatives</li><li>Strong experience supporting and managing Point-of-Sale systems, ideally Oracle-based or similar platforms</li><li>Background overseeing ERP, CRM, reporting, HRIS, and integrated business systems</li><li>Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, endpoint security, backup solutions, and systems administration</li><li>Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management</li><li>Experience leading help desk or IT support functions; Jira experience is an asset</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders</li><li>Experience within a retail, franchise, or multi-site operating environment is highly desirable</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities</li><li>Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline</li><li>Experience with Sage 300 ERP and enterprise business applications considered a strong asset</li><li>Microsoft Azure, ITIL, CompTIA, cybersecurity, or project management certifications are considered assets</li><li>Valid Class 5 driver&#39;s license and access to a vehicle required</li></ul><p>Ready to lead technology strategy, drive innovation, and make a meaningful impact?
