<p>Our client is looking for a dedicated <strong>Customer Service Representative</strong> to join their team on a contract basis in Edmonton, Alberta. This role supports the delivery of efficient, accurate, and high-quality service to members, applicants, and the public. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to inquiries on membership, registration, and services.</li><li>Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership of resolution.</li><li>Assist with applications and online systems.</li><li>Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Process renewals and administrative updates.</li><li>Maintain accurate records in internal systems.</li><li>Prepare correspondence and reports.</li><li>Monitor queues and ensure timely responses.</li><li>Identify process improvements to enhance service.</li><li>Participate in team meetings and training.</li></ul>
