<p>Our Edmonton-based client is seeking a Systems Analyst / Application Support Analyst to join their team on an 8-week contract. This role will provide hands-on support for systems configuration, application support, and data and file clean-up initiatives, working closely with an existing Systems Analyst.</p><p><br></p><p>This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys supporting users, assisting with system rollouts, and helping teams improve processes during periods of change.</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Be Doing</p><ul><li>Support systems configuration, application setup, and user-facing initiatives across the organization.</li><li>Assist with the implementation and rollout of LearnUpon, including platform setup, user configuration, and end-user training.</li><li>Provide application support for tools such as LearnUpon, Google Sheets, and other internally used systems.</li><li>Support task tracking and light project coordination using Asana, primarily for day-to-day task management.</li><li>Assist with data and file clean-up initiatives, helping organize, migrate, and standardize files to support new processes following a team restructure.</li><li>Troubleshoot user issues related to applications, access, and workflows.</li><li>Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to support adoption of new tools and processes.</li></ul>

<p>Technical Environment</p><ul><li>Microsoft-based environment (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)</li><li>Application and platform support rather than server or network administration</li><li>Tools include LearnUpon, Asana, Google Sheets, and general file management systems</li></ul><p>What We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>Experience in a Systems Analyst, Application Support, Systems Operations, or similar support-focused role.</li><li>Strong comfort supporting applications and end users rather than infrastructure-heavy or network-focused work.</li><li>Experience assisting with system implementations, platform rollouts, or user training.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with experience supporting data or file clean-up initiatives.</li><li>Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with an existing Systems Analyst.</li><li>Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.</li></ul><p>Nice to Have</p><ul><li>Experience with LearnUpon or similar LMS platforms.</li><li>Experience using Asana for task management or project support.</li><li>Background supporting teams during restructures or process changes.</li></ul>
