<p>Our client is seeking a dedicated <strong>Administrative Assistant </strong>to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. The role supports day-to-day administrative operations across multiple business units, ensuring smooth coordination of documents, expenses, scheduling, and office logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while working effectively with diverse teams.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare, edit, and format business letters and documents.</li><li>Upload and manage files in SharePoint and internal systems.</li><li>Coordinate meeting logistics, including boardrooms and catering.</li><li>Process credit card expenses and ensure accurate reconciliation.</li><li>Manage staff event ticket distribution and tracking.</li><li>Arrange travel bookings and itineraries for employees.</li><li>Process invoices, including coding, approvals, and submission to accounting.</li><li>Provide administrative support across multiple business units.</li><li>Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination.</li></ul>
