Receptionist
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join a dynamic non-profit organization in Don Mills, Ontario. This is a Contract position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks with efficiency. The ideal candidate will interact with clients, staff, and visitors to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a welcoming environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and efficient manner.<br>• Manage a multi-line phone system, including answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately.<br>• Schedule and coordinate appointments while maintaining accurate calendars.<br>• Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.<br>• Organize and maintain files, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, for various administrative tasks.<br>• Support daily operations by addressing customer needs and resolving minor issues.<br>• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system effectively.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.<br>• Skilled in data entry with a high level of accuracy.<br>• Experience in handling email correspondence professionally.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
