Responsibilities:• Manage the organization's accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.• Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and precise payment distribution.• Prepare detailed financial reports, utilizing tools to present data effectively.• Monitor and manage budget processes, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning.• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making and operational improvements.• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of accounting software systems.• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate financial records and support client relationship management.• Lead financial reporting efforts, ensuring clarity and adherence to regulatory requirements.• Implement and oversee accounting software systems to optimize financial operations.• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures across all departments.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or a related financial role.• Proficiency in accounting software systems• Strong expertise in financial reporting and analysis.• Solid understanding of payroll processes and budget management, operations. Experience in manufacturing and distribution• Experience with CRM tools for financial data management.• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed financial analyses and reporting.• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.• Adept at collaborating across teams and managing financial systems effectively
