<p>Our client is looking for a dedicated <strong>Recruiter</strong> to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports full-cycle recruitment activities across a variety of business functions, helping to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is<strong> </strong>a proactive and organized recruitment professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills. They are adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while partnering effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for plant, field, engineering, sales, and corporate roles.</li><li>Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing skills and cultural fit.</li><li>Coordinate pre-employment activities, including references, onboarding, and orientation.</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.</li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and high-volume hiring needs.</li><li>Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and hiring initiatives.</li><li>Provide recruitment administration, reporting, and process support to keep hiring on track.</li></ul>
