Payroll Administrator
<p>Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support accurate, timely payroll processing and maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulations. This role is ideal for a professional with strong payroll knowledge, hands-on systems experience, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Process full-cycle payroll for employees accurately and on schedule</li><li>Maintain payroll records, earnings, deductions, garnishments, and tax information</li><li>Administer and support averaging arrangements</li><li>Review timesheets, payroll changes, and audit payroll data for accuracy</li><li>Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner</li><li>Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee setup, changes, and reporting</li><li>Prepare payroll reports and assist with month-end and year-end payroll activities</li><li>Help ensure compliance with internal policies and payroll regulations</li></ul>
