Executive Assistant to CEO
<p>Robert Half is partnering with a client to identify an experienced Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This position requires a polished professional who can operate with discretion, manage competing priorities, and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced environments</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting</li><li>Manage sensitive communications and handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism</li><li>Coordinate board meetings from planning through execution, including scheduling, agenda preparation, board materials, logistics, and follow-up</li><li>Support meetings by organizing agendas, preparing presentations and materials, documenting action items, and tracking follow-through</li><li>Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication</li><li>Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other executive-level documents</li><li>Prioritize incoming requests and help manage shifting business needs with strong judgment and attention to detail</li><li>Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prior experience providing executive support to C-suite level leadership</li><li>Prior experience coordinating board meetings and supporting leadership meetings</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and executive communications</li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>High level of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel</li><li>Preferred Qualifications</li><li>Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization</li></ul><p>To apply for this Executive Assistant opportunity, please click the &quot;APPLY&quot; Link located above.
