This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day accounting responsibilities.</p><p><em>Key responsibilities include:</em></p><ul><li>Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes</li><li>Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements</li><li>Manage the annual external audit and serve as the primary liaison with auditors</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities</li><li>Provide oversight of accounts payable, payroll, and daily accounting operations</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely reporting across multiple legal entities</li><li>Strengthen accounting processes, systems, and internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and support key business decisions</li><li>Mentor and support members of the finance team</li></ul><p><strong>ABOUT YOU:</strong></p><p>You are a CPA-designated finance professional with extensive experience leading accounting and financial reporting functions within a public company environment. Highly organized and adaptable, you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to support operational accounting activities when needed.
