Contract Administrator
<p>Our client is seeking for an experienced<strong> Contract Administrator</strong> to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports the full contract lifecycle by managing documentation, approvals, and records while helping improve consistency and compliance across commercial agreements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and collaborative, working with legal and cross-functional teams to improve processes and support business operations.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and improve contract workflows, templates, and approval processes to support efficient agreement management.</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance contract administration, improving accuracy, visibility, and compliance.</li><li>Prepare reports and track key contract data to monitor performance, obligations, and risk.</li><li>Draft, review, and administer commercial agreements in collaboration with Legal Counsel.</li><li>Coordinate contract execution, circulation, and distribution across business teams.</li><li>Maintain an organized contract repository and support document control and audit readiness.</li><li>Work with sales, procurement, and operations to manage contract requirements and timelines.</li><li>Support Legal Counsel with templates, negotiations, and contract improvements.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date insurance coverage summaries as directed by Legal Counsel.</li></ul>
