This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organization and expand your accounting expertise within the property management sector.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements for commercial real estate portfolios</li><li>Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations</li><li>Support annual budgeting processes</li><li>Collaborate with property managers to optimize financial reporting and assist with monthly/quarterly closing</li><li>Preparation & filing of returns</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls</li><li>Support lease administration, tenant billing, and variance analysis</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul>
