<p><strong>THE ROLE:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience to support system optimization, user adoption, and operational efficiency. This role will focus on improving pricing structures, inventory processes, and overall system functionality while providing hands-on support and training to end users.</p><p><em>Key responsibilities include:</em></p><ul><li>Develop and refine customer pricing structures and pricing lists within Business Central</li><li>Provide guidance and training on Business Central best practices (e.g., customer lookups, navigation, functionality)</li><li>Create user-friendly documentation and training materials to support internal adoption</li><li>Support inventory management processes, including oversight of high-volume, fast-moving stock</li><li>Design and implement purchase order workflows tied to inventory thresholds</li><li>Enhance the functionality and usability of inventory and sales order modules</li><li>Identify opportunities to enable additional system features (e.g., work order modules) and provide recommendations</li><li>Perform configuration updates and system improvements across key functional areas</li></ul><p><strong>ABOUT YOU:</strong></p><p>You are a hands-on, solutions-focused Business Analyst who enjoys optimizing systems and supporting business users.
