Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a growing Oil & Gas Services organization in Calgary, Alberta on a Long-term Contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounts receivable and cash application experience who enjoys investigating discrepancies, resolving outstanding items, and improving data accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:• Review and resolve unapplied cash by researching transactions and accurately applying payments.• Manage cash application, receipt matching, account reconciliations, and other accounts receivable activities.• Investigate payment discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve outstanding items.• Analyze ERP data and reports to validate balances and support receivables processes.• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues, escalating concerns when necessary.• Support data cleanup and validation efforts ahead of system migrations or process changes.• Maintain accurate records while working across both manual and automated workflows.• Communicate with internal stakeholders to obtain information and resolve account issues efficiently.

Requirements:• 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience, including cash application, reconciliations, and payment processing.• Strong understanding of the full AR cycle and receivables management.• Experience working with ERP systems in a high-volume environment.• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze and troubleshoot financial data.• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies independently.• Effective communication skills and experience working with internal stakeholders.• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
