Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative on a contract basis. This position is based in Burnaby, British Columbia, and will run until the end of the year. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding service and administrative support to ensure smooth interactions with clients.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.<br>• Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information and processing documentation.<br>• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.<br>• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups to ensure a seamless customer experience.<br>• Process orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data entry and generate reports as needed.<br>• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with care, ensuring clear and effective communication.<br>• Support ongoing process improvements to optimize customer service operations.<br>• Provide courteous and attentive service to all clients, fostering positive relationships.<br>• Assist with administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the team.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre operations, or administrative roles.<br>• Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to manage data entry and reporting.<br>• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.<br>• Effective written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Positive and adaptable mindset, with a focus on teamwork.<br>• Detail-oriented approach to managing customer accounts and processing documentation.<br>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
