<p><strong>Robert Half </strong>is looking for an ambitious and motivated <strong>Support Specialist</strong> to join our growing team.</p><p><strong>Principal accountabilities and duties:</strong></p><p>Activities for this position may include, but are not limited to, some or all of the following, depending upon branch size and market needs:</p><ul><li>Serve as primary support for sales teams</li><li>Process incoming CVs and dispatch to consultants</li><li>Keeping a clean and updated database (SalesForce)</li><li>Entering Candidate information into our SalesForce database</li><li>Prepare and verify contracts for accuracy</li><li>Answer and route telephone enquiries as appropriate</li><li>Draft and send correspondence, including distributing mailers and client offers</li><li>Support in sending ACM/MPC mailings, job mailings,…</li><li>Process incoming and outgoing mail from personal and team mailboxes</li><li>Coordinate with legal department on clients' special requests and terms of business</li><li>Compile and provide reports as requested by Leadership, Regional/District Offices or other back office departments</li><li>Perform occasional receptionist duties as needed, including managing company check-ins, booking couriers and taxis, and greeting visitors</li><li>Handle point of contact responsibilities for team members and provide support to other branches or practice groups</li><li>Prepare and ensure a correct invoicing</li><li>Write attractive job ads and post them to websites</li><li>Post hot jobs on social media</li><li>Adhere to RH compliance procedures and run regular audits to ensure all requirement are being met.</li></ul><p><strong> Profile</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Flexibility</strong>: Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining productivity.</li><li><strong>Multitasking</strong>: Tackle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.</li><li><strong>Adaptability</strong>: Ability to manage change and stay flexible in a dynamic work environment.</li><li><strong>Communication: </strong>Strong verbal and written communication skills.
