<p><strong>Robert Half</strong> is currently recruiting an <strong>Application Specialist</strong> to join a global leader in process technology.</p><p>Our client is located in <strong>Bornem</strong>.</p><p><strong>The scope of responsibilities for this job include:</strong></p><ul><li>You support ongoing and upcoming digital transformation projects;</li><li>You analyze, document, and optimize business applications and solutions;</li><li>You translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications;</li><li>You participate in ERP implementation projects across finance, production, procurement, and inventory;</li><li>You assist with migration and deployment of the Dynamics ERP system;</li><li>You provide testing, training, and troubleshooting for users;</li><li>You help implement SharePoint Online for file and document management;</li><li>You design and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, workflows, and access models;</li><li>You implement business workflows and automation using Power Platform;</li><li>You collaborate with IT and external consultants to ensure smooth integration;</li><li>You assist with system deployments and configurations involving Azure and Microsoft cloud services;</li><li>You support API integrations between ERP/CRM and external applications.</li></ul><p><strong>The requested qualifications for this job include:</strong></p><ul><li>You have a Bachelor's or Master's in IT, or equivalent through experience;</li><li>You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience;</li><li>You are experienced with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics (AX / 365);</li><li>You understand data integration principles;</li><li>You are skilled in business analysis, process mapping, and requirement gathering;</li><li>You have solid familiarity with Azure Cloud Platform;</li><li>You possess basic knowledge of network fundamentals;</li><li>You show strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills;</li><li>You are enthusiastic about technology and continual learning;</li><li>You display strong self-learning and research abilities;</li><li>You have advanced proficiency in Dutch or English; French is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>What does the company offer?</strong></p><ul><li>You will work in a pleasant, stable, and dynamic environment;</li><li>You can count on a competitive salary with attractive extra-legal benefits.</li></ul><p>Are you interested in this challenging position?
