You'll also serve as the primary legal contact for the HR department, providing legal support on all social- and employment law related matters.</p><p>Your <strong>responsibilities</strong> will include:</p><ul><li>Acting as a trusted advisor by providing clear, pragmatic legal guidance to multiple business areas</li><li>Serving as the go-to expert for the HR department on social and labor law matters</li><li>Drafting, reviewing, and standardizing a broad array of commercial agreements</li><li>Monitoring and supporting license management and the real estate portfolio to guarantee compliance and business continuity</li><li>Managing claims, litigation, and regulatory issues, ensuring the company's interests are well-defended</li><li>Delivering proactive legislative watch and translating legal change into actionable advice for internal stakeholders</li><li>Enabling the business to become more legally autonomous through training, templates, and practical tools</li></ul><p><strong>Who We're Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>You hold a Master's degree in Law and bring at least 4 years' relevant experience.
