<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Collections Supervisor / Team Leader for a leading and respected services organisation based in the north-western suburbs of Melbourne.</p><p>The role is offering ongoing temporary work with a potential for extension within a fast-paced environment, managing a team responsible for both billings and collections.</p><p>If you have proven leadership experience and enjoy leading by example this role offers a great immediate opportunity.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for overseeing a small team ensuring:</p><ul><li>The timely and accurate receipting and processing of payments</li><li>Collections of outstanding debts</li><li>Repayment negotiations</li><li>Providing high level of customer service within a complex portfolio</li><li>Strong understanding of credit policy and compliance</li><li>Query resolution and the handling of escalated issues</li><li>Improvement of processes and procedures</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>To be successful you will have proven experience leading a credit team.
