Qualifications 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role within financial services, fintech, trading, banking, or asset management. Strong technical acumen and comfort partnering with engineering, architecture, and data teams (e.g., APIs, data pipelines, cloud platforms, SDLC). Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other agile/project management systems; experience with diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart). Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related ceremonies; Scrum Master certification is a plus. Proven success delivering complex, high-impact initiatives in dynamic, high-accountability environments. Robust understanding of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid models). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel. Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
