We are seeking a Commercial Leasing Manager with hands-on experience in <strong>commercial or retail leasing</strong>, including both <strong>business development/sales activities and lease administration responsibilities</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>As the Commercial Leasing Manager, you will: </strong></p><ul><li>Manage leasing activity for a portfolio of retail and commercial assets, including broker relationships, prospect outreach, property tours, negotiations, and deal progression.</li><li>Coordinate transactions from LOI through lease execution, ensuring accuracy of lease terms, documentation, approvals, and tenant onboarding.</li><li>Maintain lease records, critical dates, renewals, rent commencement schedules, and occupancy data using property management systems such as Yardi or similar platforms.</li><li>Prepare leasing, occupancy, pipeline, and financial reports while supporting deal analysis, forecasting, and portfolio performance reviews.</li><li>Partner with ownership, legal, accounting, construction, property management, tenants, and brokers to facilitate successful lease transactions and operational execution.</li></ul><p>The ideal Commercial Leasing Manager is equally comfortable cultivating leasing opportunities, managing broker and tenant relationships, reviewing lease terms, and ensuring transactions move efficiently from initial discussions through occupancy.
