<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Consultant / PMO Lead to support a <strong>large, complex global organization with revenue exceeding $5 billion in the management,</strong> optimization, and governance of its <strong>global lease accounting software platform, CoStar.</strong> This role will serve as the Project Management Office (PMO) lead for the lease accounting program, partnering across Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, IT, Internal Audit, Procurement, and regional business teams.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing or leading a lease accounting system deployment,<strong> preferably involving CoStar or a similar platform, </strong>within a large multinational environment. Deep familiarity with the consumer products industry is required, along with strong program governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>PMO Leadership and Program Governance</p><p>Serve as the PMO lead for the global CoStar lease accounting program, providing structure, governance, and oversight across all workstreams.</p><p>Establish and manage program plans, milestones, deliverables, status reporting, RAID logs, steering committee materials, and executive communications.</p><p>Drive program governance, including decision tracking, issue escalation, risk mitigation, and change control processes.</p><p>Coordinate across global regions to ensure alignment on program objectives, timelines, and deployment activities.</p><p>Lead recurring project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive steering committee sessions.</p><p>Monitor progress against implementation plans and ensure accountability across functional and technical teams.</p><p>Develop and maintain PMO standards, templates, reporting dashboards, and implementation playbooks.</p><p>Lease Accounting System Oversight</p><p>Oversee the implementation, enhancement, or stabilization of the CoStar lease accounting system across multiple geographies.</p><p>Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership to ensure the system supports lease accounting requirements, policies, and reporting needs.</p><p>Coordinate activities related to lease abstraction, data migration, chart of accounts alignment, system configuration, testing, and production readiness.</p><p>Ensure the solution supports global compliance requirements and regional operational needs.</p><p>Work closely with technical teams and vendors to track system defects, enhancements, integrations, and release management activities.</p><p>Help define and maintain future-state operating models, business processes, and governance for lease accounting administration.</p><p>Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management</p>
