This position will report to the controller, and oversee all accounting operations, month end close and assist with financial reporting to the Private Equity owners. This is a HANDS-ON position but will also have leadership / supervisory responsibilities and oversee a team of 3-4 accounting professionals. MUST have some supervisory experience. Prefer candidates to have Manufacturing industry experience including some knowledge of cost and inventory but not required. Experience with reporting to Private Equity ownership is a major Plus as well. The company uses ORACLE, which is a plus, but any major ERP system experience will be acceptable. CPA / MBA preferred but not required here. Looking for 6+ years of strong hands-on accounting experience with at least 2 years at a Management level, working in mid-size companies.
