This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate financials and supporting ongoing accounting initiatives.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and support month-end and year-end close processes</li><li>Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity</li><li>Assist with financial statements and internal reporting</li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies</li><li>Support audit requests and provide documentation as needed</li><li>Analyze variances and investigate discrepancies</li><li>Collaborate with AP/AR and other finance team members as needed</li></ul><p><br></p>

This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys variety, ownership, process improvement, and working closely with experienced leadership.</p><p>This role will support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other core accounting functions. The Senior Accountant will also assist with audits, tax support, board reporting, and special projects tied to automation and process improvements.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, has a solid accounting foundation, and can work independently while also serving as a resource to more junior team members.
