Core Responsibilities include: Project Cost ControlCollaborate with project management team to create accurate budgets and manpower forecast for multi-year construction projects.Monitor and control indirect costs by performing budget to actual variance analysis weekly, identifying and eliminating root cause for variances.Establish accurate cash flow forecast to ensure the project is cash positive for the duration.Ensure accurate and timely complex multi-million-dollar billing submission on monthly basis.
