This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a finance specialist who brings deep expertise in external reporting, public company filings, and the preparation of accurate annual disclosures. The role focuses on delivering high-quality financial statements, coordinating reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the preparation and review of financial reports and disclosures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with reporting standards.</p><p>• Manage SEC filing activities, including the development of required statements, supporting schedules, and related narrative disclosures.</p><p>• Oversee earnings-per-share calculations and validate supporting data used in external financial reporting.</p><p>• Coordinate the annual reporting process, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is prepared to a high standard.</p><p>• Utilize Workiva to organize, update, and maintain reporting documentation and filing workflows.</p><p>• Partner with internal stakeholders and client leadership to resolve reporting issues, streamline deliverables, and support regulatory compliance.</p>
