The Manager of Total Rewards will lead the administration and analyst of the corporate compensation and benefits program, including the development of compensation strategies. The Manager of Total Rewards will oversee the Department, manage a staff, and report to the VP of Human Resources. Candidates with experience implementing compensation plans and salary assessments are highly encouraged to apply. In this role, you will work with a variety of Microsoft and cloud technologies to design, implement, and support IT solutions for our clients.
