- <p>Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and enhance payroll operations at our organization located in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in multi-state payroll processing, compliance, and team leadership.
