In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and excellent tenant relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in property management, leasing, and administrative tasks, and thrives in a dynamic environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties to ensure tenant satisfaction and efficient management.</p><p>• Assist with leasing processes, including responding to inquiries, conducting showings, and processing applications.</p><p>• Maintain accurate property documentation, including contracts, tenant records, and compliance reports.</p><p>• Handle inbound calls and address tenant and vendor inquiries with attention to detail and in a timely manner.</p><p>• Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance and repairs, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.</p><p>• Utilize Yardi software to manage property data, track payments, and generate reports.</p><p>• Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, filing, and managing correspondence.</p><p>• Support property management activities by monitoring budgets and assisting with financial reporting.</p><p>• Facilitate communication between tenants, property owners, and service providers to address concerns and resolve issues effectively.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements in all property management activities.</p>
