We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a retail team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will assist customers with design and upholstery selections, manage orders, and set up accounts, providing exceptional service throughout the process. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering a pathway to long-term employment for the right candidate. Responsibilities:• Provide front-line customer service in a retail environment, ensuring a positive experience for both retail and commercial clients.• Assist customers in making design and upholstery selections, offering guidance and product knowledge.• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, maintaining attention to detail.• Set up and manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is entered correctly into the system.• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.• Utilize intermediate computer skills to navigate systems and complete tasks.• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.• Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for some Saturdays as required.• Uphold company standards in service and professionalism at all times.
