Client will pay for travel and lodging in Tulsa.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Interim VP/Director of Finance (contract position):</u></strong></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Direct divisional accounting operations, ensuring balance sheet integrity, reliable reconciliations, and an efficient month-end close process.</p><p>• Produce accurate financial statements and management reporting in line with established accounting policies and compliance expectations.</p><p>• Oversee percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and cost tracking so project financials are recorded correctly throughout the contract lifecycle.</p><p>• Lead the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and broader accounting teams, providing direction, accountability, and process oversight.</p><p>• Manage audit readiness and internal control activities to reduce risk, maintain compliance, and support strong governance.</p><p>• Drive the annual budget, forecasting, and longer-range planning cycles, aligning financial plans with operational and corporate objectives.</p><p>• Evaluate results against plan through variance analysis, dashboards, and performance reporting that highlight trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.</p><p>• Partner with operations, supply chain, and procurement leaders to identify savings opportunities, improve efficiency, and enhance overall profitability.</p><p>• Provide financial analysis for capital investment decisions, including business case modeling, return evaluation, and post-performance tracking.</p><p>• Review product costing, margin analysis, and project cash flow assumptions to help ensure profitable and cash-positive business execution.</p>
