<p>Our client, in the manufacturing industry, is in need for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team on a long-term contract basis, for at least 6 months, with potential to continue extending. In this role, you will manage comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, with a strong focus on accounts receivable operations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to various accounting and sales tax projects in a dynamic environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process and manage accounts receivable, including preparing outgoing orders, billing, and reviewing purchase orders to ensure accurate invoicing.</p><p>• Create and send packing slips to customers while gathering and organizing the necessary information for billing.</p><p>• Handle daily order volumes, processing 3–5 orders per day with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Support sales tax-related activities by entering data into systems, ensuring compliance, and following up with clients and vendors.</p><p>• Perform general bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and other accounting duties as needed.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards.</p><p>• Provide input and assistance during system implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition.</p><p>• Maintain organized records and documentation for all financial transactions.</p><p>• Address and resolve discrepancies in financial data promptly.</p>
