- <p>We are seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join a growing technology team in Tucson, Arizona. This role is responsible for protecting enterprise systems, networks, and data through proactive monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, security tools, risk management, and regulatory compliance requirements.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional who enjoys working across IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and end-user security initiatives while helping to strengthen an organization's overall security posture.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM and endpoint security platforms.</li><li>Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including malware infections, phishing attempts, unauthorized access, and other security threats.</li><li>Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation efforts with IT teams.</li><li>Analyze security logs, identify suspicious activity, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Assist with the implementation and administration of security tools including EDR, antivirus, email security, MFA, and vulnerability management platforms.</li><li>Perform security risk assessments and support ongoing cybersecurity initiatives.</li><li>Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.</li><li>Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response planning.</li><li>Support security awareness training programs and promote cybersecurity best practices across the organization.</li><li>Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and cloud teams to ensure security controls are properly implemented.</li><li>Assist with compliance audits and regulatory requirements such as NIST, CIS, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, or other applicable frameworks.</li><li>Stay informed on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry security trends.</li></ul><p><br></p>
