  • We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead the accounting and financial reporting function for a dynamic logistics operation in Tucson, Arizona. This position plays a key role in guiding financial performance through accurate reporting, thoughtful planning, and strong operational partnership. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, sound technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to support both strategic priorities and daily financial activities in a high-volume environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Direct the full accounting cycle, ensuring timely completion of monthly close activities and accurate financial reporting across multiple operating locations.<br>• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and related analysis to support informed business decisions.<br>• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that affect performance.<br>• Oversee cash management activities, including liquidity planning and monitoring, to help maintain financial stability and support operational needs.<br>• Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal controls to promote compliance, accuracy, and efficiency within financial processes.<br>• Coordinate audit support and work with internal and external stakeholders to address reporting requirements and financial documentation.<br>• Partner closely with operations leadership to evaluate results, improve profitability, and support strategic initiatives across the business.<br>• Supervise, develop, and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performing team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
