We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Ohio in a fully onsite, contract role with the potential to become permanent. This position supports a fast-paced hiring environment and is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities while delivering a strong candidate experience. You will work closely with an experienced HR and compliance team to identify talent, move applicants efficiently through the hiring process, and help meet ongoing workforce demands.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring needs, from sourcing and screening through offer coordination and onboarding support.<br>• Build candidate pipelines using job boards and other recruiting channels to attract applicants with relevant experience for open positions.<br>• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, evaluate qualifications, and recommend suitable candidates to hiring leaders.<br>• Maintain accurate applicant records and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system and related recruiting tools.<br>• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.<br>• Partner with compliance and leadership teams to help ensure pre-employment steps are completed in line with company and industry requirements.<br>• Support recruiting operations in a collaborative office environment while balancing individual ownership and team-based goals.<br>• Use transportation-focused hiring platforms and internal systems to track candidates, organize workflows, and manage recruiting progress.
