This role maintains the reliability, availability, and security of Windows, Linux, virtual machines, and core infrastructure that supports 24/7 operations. The environment includes modern Windows Server builds, RedHat Linux, and a large VMware footprint.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Administer and support Linux (RedHat) and Windows Server environments.• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware) across ~500 virtual machines and ~60 servers.• Maintain and support storage technologies and related infrastructure.• Perform system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.• Maintain hardware environments, primarily Dell server infrastructure.• Support identity and access systems (Active Directory, Entra ID) and M365.• Administer and support cloud services in Azure or AWS (as applicable).• Assist with security responsibilities including SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning, and compliance tasks.• Create and maintain scripts (preferably from scratch) to automate tasks and improve system reliability.• Produce and maintain documentation for processes, standards, system configurations, and inventory.• Monitor uptime and performance using enterprise monitoring tools.• Participate in incident response, including root cause analysis and on call rotation.• Build and deploy software packages and support enterprise application environments.• Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure projects and upgrades._______________________________________

Responsibilities:• Oversee the daily administration and continuous optimization of the NetSuite environment, including security roles, permissions, workflows, customizations, forms, dashboards, saved searches, and scheduled jobs.• Maintain and support integrations across business applications through Celigo or similar iPaaS tools, resolving synchronization issues and preserving accurate data movement between systems.• Provide administration and user support for connected platforms such as Shopify, Zendesk, Smartsheet, and Expensify, including configuration updates, access setup, issue resolution, and coordination with external vendors.• Manage the full user account lifecycle within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem, including Entra ID provisioning, deprovisioning, Microsoft 365 licensing, group membership, and access governance.• Administer single sign-on and application access controls across the business systems portfolio while enforcing security standards, least-privilege principles, and conditional access policies.• Partner with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather business needs, translate requirements into system improvements, and help prioritize application changes with leadership.• Contribute to AI-related initiatives by assessing, testing, configuring, and supporting AI capabilities within platforms such as NetSuite, Zendesk, and Microsoft 365 tools including Copilot.• Develop reports, dashboards, and saved searches that improve operational visibility and support informed decision-making across departments.• Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting for business applications and general IT requests, investigate root causes, and escalate complex issues to vendors when appropriate.• Create automation scripts using PowerShell or comparable tools and maintain clear documentation for configurations, integrations, and business processes.
