We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join a healthcare organization on a Contract basis. This role supports key employee lifecycle activities, from recruiting coordination and onboarding to leave administration, compliance, and records management. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a solid foundation in HR operations, and the ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate recruitment and separation activities, including preparing employment documentation, facilitating new employee orientation, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with departure procedures.<br>• Support recruitment efforts by posting openings, tracking requisitions, arranging interviews, and preparing offer-related paperwork for selected candidates.<br>• Oversee leave administration and workers’ compensation case support while helping ensure alignment with applicable employment regulations in the U.S. and Canada.<br>• Assist with the rollout and maintenance of HR policies by contributing to handbook revisions and identifying potential compliance concerns.<br>• Help deliver internal HR communications and support engagement programs such as employee announcements, feedback initiatives, and recognition efforts.<br>• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS, prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, and provide documentation support for audits and other administrative needs.
