<p>We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team in Utica, New York, on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and support for various software applications, ensuring smooth operations and resolving user issues promptly. This position requires a strong understanding of claims and billing application support within the insurance industry. </p><p><br></p><p>This company is about to go through a claims management system implementation, and this role will be a key driver for that transition and post implementation support. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide technical support for software applications, troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal functionality.</p><p>• Manage and maintain Claims Management and billings systems, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to address application-related concerns and implement solutions.</p><p>• Document and track support requests to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.</p><p>• Assist with configuring and maintaining billing software to meet operational needs.</p><p>• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their technical requirements.</p><p>• Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance application support processes.</p>
