Key Responsibilities1. Cloud Networking & Security:• Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate secure networking practices across platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.• Implement and support network architectures for workloads hosted in cloud environments.• Apply best practices for cloud security and architecture, ensuring data protection and compliance with industry regulations.3. Cybersecurity:• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco security devices, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve vulnerabilities in network configurations.• Implement and manage security technologies and protocols to ensure robust threat protection.4. Monitoring & Troubleshooting:• Monitor network performance using tools such as Cisco Prime Infrastructure, SolarWinds, or other similar platforms.• Continuously troubleshoot and resolve network, cloud, and security issues to maintain high availability and reliability.5. Documentation & Collaboration:• Document network designs, configurations, processes, and incident response procedures.• Partner effectively with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders on network projects and problem resolution.
