This Azure Systems Administrator Role is an onsite position out of Pleasanton, Ca. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities for Azure Systems Administrator:</p><p>• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure subscriptions, virtual networks, and related cloud infrastructure.</p><p>• Oversee the migration of systems from on-premises to Azure, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal performance.</p><p>• Configure and manage Entra ID and Office 365 environments to support organizational needs.</p><p>• Administer and maintain firewalls, including opening ports, creating network groups, and managing devices such as Palo Alto, Aruba, and Cisco.</p><p>• Collaborate with helpdesk and system/network teams to provide Tier 2 support for infrastructure-related issues.</p><p>• Perform regular updates, backups, and restorations for systems and files to ensure data integrity.</p><p>• Implement security policies and procedures to safeguard IT assets and infrastructure.</p><p>• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions, conducting thorough analyses of quotes and compatibility.</p><p>• Stay updated on advancements in cloud technologies and apply new insights to improve system performance.</p>
