We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee financial operations for multiple business units in Afton, Virginia. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail to manage accounting processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver insightful financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling budgets, reconciling accounts, and providing strategic guidance to support business decisions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries for multiple entities.<br>• Reconcile financial accounts such as bank statements, credit card transactions, and other accounts to ensure accuracy.<br>• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for each business unit.<br>• Monitor and manage budgets across all business operations, identifying areas for efficiency improvement.<br>• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.<br>• Deliver clear financial reports and performance insights to the owner and other stakeholders.<br>• Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.<br>• Assist with cash flow forecasting and effective management to support financial stability.<br>• Develop and implement robust accounting policies and procedures to streamline operations.<br>• Maintain accurate fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules and necessary documentation.
