<p>Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in Metro East St. Louis seeking a full-time Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will also work with other executives and must be able to work in a team environment with a high attention to detail/organization along with possessing good communication/leadership skills to manage and develop the finance department. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Lead FP&A activities, including financial reporting, executive presentations, and performance analysis to support business objectives</p><p>· Analyze financial results, key performance indicators, and variances against budget and forecast, providing actionable recommendations to leadership</p><p>· Drive the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and financial modeling to support growth initiatives and strategic planning</p><p>· Evaluate cost improvement opportunities, capital investments, and business initiatives to maximize profitability and return on investment</p><p>· Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term business planning</p><p>· Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team</p><p> </p><p><strong>Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Minimum Qualifications: </strong></p><p>· Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance</p><p>· 10+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturing</p><p>· Intermediate Excel skills with OneStream and Hyperion</p><p><br></p><p>This position offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits plan.
