Responsibilities: • Oversee endpoint monitoring, patch management, and automation tasks using NinjaOne for Windows and macOS environments. • Manage user provisioning, group policies, and application assignments within JumpCloud directory services. • Assist with device enrollment, compliance policy reviews, and troubleshooting for Microsoft Intune. • Monitor and respond to security alerts in CrowdStrike Falcon Complete, documenting findings and escalating threats. • Support the deployment and configuration of Cloudflare One, including client policies and access applications. • Review and process firewall rule changes on FortiGate and Meraki platforms under structured guidelines. • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including mailbox management, Teams configuration, and SharePoint permissions. • Monitor and escalate backup job issues across Acronis, Datto, and Veeam platforms, ensuring restore verifications are conducted. • Maintain accurate documentation in NinjaOne and IT Glue, including network diagrams, asset inventories, and runbooks. • Participate in client onboarding projects, creating configuration documentation and ensuring smooth transitions.
