Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate application-related projects and technology initiatives across multiple business units</li><li>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party software vendors</li><li>Gather, document, and track business and technical requirements</li><li>Maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and action item trackers</li><li>Support software vendor management activities, including renewals, licensing reviews, contract administration, and service agreements</li><li>Review vendor proposals, statements of work, pricing models, and licensing options</li><li>Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and escalation items</li><li>Assist with application onboarding, migration, enhancement, and retirement efforts</li><li>Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams throughout project lifecycles</li><li>Analyze data and create reports using Microsoft Excel and other business tools</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency</li><li>Prepare project updates and executive-level status communications</li></ul>
