The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process daily invoices and post payments accurately to customer accounts.</p><p>• Monitor aging reports to identify overdue payments and take proactive steps to collect them.</p><p>• Perform month-end reconciliation tasks for accounts receivable.</p><p>• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.</p><p>• Conduct credit checks and manage credit hold release activities.</p><p>• Research and recommend appropriate credit limits for new and existing customers.</p><p>• Maintain up-to-date records of customer payment statuses and account details.</p><p>• Ensure the accuracy of customer account data and sales tax information.</p><p>• Generate accounts receivable reports and provide additional support as needed.</p>
