- <p>Robert Half is seeking a <strong>Senior Product Manager </strong>to lead ERP-driven manufacturing and inventory capabilities within a high-visibility operational transformation initiative.</p><p><br></p><p>This role owns the strategy, configuration, and long-term optimization of manufacturing and inventory systems, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and drive measurable operational impact across operations, supply chain, and engineering.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p><p>Serve as the primary owner of manufacturing and inventory system capabilities across the ERP ecosystem. This role spans full lifecycle ownership – from implementation and configuration through stabilization and continuous improvement – while driving cross-functional alignment and delivery discipline.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Seattle, WA or Spokane, WA (Hybrid)</p><p><strong>Role Type:</strong> Contract with potential to hire or extend</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Product Ownership & Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Own the roadmap for manufacturing and inventory capabilities within Acumatica</li><li>Translate operational needs into requirements, user stories, and process flows</li><li>Define and track KPIs (inventory accuracy, stock turns, service levels, production adherence)</li><li>Evaluate tradeoffs to ensure scalability, financial integrity, and operational efficiency</li></ul><p><strong>Implementation & Configuration</strong></p><ul><li>Lead hands-on ERP configuration including workflows, master data, replenishment logic, and integrations</li><li>Define integration requirements across ERP and related systems</li><li>Validate system design, data models, and end-to-end processes</li><li>Oversee implementation quality, auditability, and transaction accuracy</li></ul><p><strong>Manufacturing & Inventory Process Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Own BOMs, routings, production planning, WIP tracking, costing, and shop-floor execution</li><li>Optimize inventory practices (cycle counts, lot/serial tracking, FIFO, shrink control)</li><li>Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve material flow and warehouse accuracy</li></ul>
