<p>We are looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. In this remote role, you will provide essential support for ongoing compensation initiatives, ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of data analysis, reporting, and system-related tasks. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-volume environment while utilizing your expertise in compensation practices.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Analyze and model compensation data to support decision-making processes.</p><p>• Manage and execute tasks related to compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.</p><p>• Ensure sensitive compensation data is handled with confidentiality and sound judgment.</p><p>• Reconcile and audit data to maintain accuracy and consistency across systems.</p><p>• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into compensation metrics.</p><p>• Extract and analyze data from HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce, to support various initiatives.</p><p>• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.</p><p>• Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.</p><p>• Provide hands-on system support for compensation-related processes and tools.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compensation-related needs.</p>
