- <p>Robert Half Technology is seeking an experienced <strong>Salesforce Test Manager</strong> to support a client in the travel and insurance industry. This individual will play a key role in evaluating and strengthening the organization's Salesforce testing capabilities, establishing standardized QA processes, and developing a strategic roadmap for long-term testing improvements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 6-month contract, with potential to extend or convert </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> 100% remote – WA State based client </p><p><strong>Pay rate:</strong> $65-$70/hourly (W2)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assess the current Salesforce testing environment, processes, and capabilities to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive QA testing strategy aligned with business objectives and Salesforce delivery initiatives.</li><li>Establish standardized testing frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across Salesforce applications and integrations.</li><li>Design and introduce structured regression testing processes to improve test coverage, consistency, and overall quality.</li><li>Evaluate existing manual testing practices and recommend opportunities for test automation, including appropriate tools and frameworks.</li><li>Strengthen User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes by establishing clear standards, responsibilities, and repeatable methodologies.</li><li>Partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, and QA resources to improve testing practices within an Agile environment.</li><li>Develop a strategic testing improvement roadmap outlining priorities, timelines, resource requirements, and implementation recommendations.</li><li>Provide guidance and leadership to existing QA resources, driving accountability and adoption of standardized testing practices.</li><li>Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven testing solutions to improve testing efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.</li><li>Establish testing governance, quality metrics, and reporting practices to measure progress and support continuous improvement.</li></ul>
