  • <p>Robert Half is seeking an experienced <strong>Event Producer</strong> to join our client’s events team, supporting the execution of a large-scale, high-profile conference. This role partners closely with the lead Event Producer to manage all aspects of planning, production, and onsite execution. We’re looking for a proactive self-starter with proven expertise in large event production, presentation design, and event technology platforms.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Onsite in Seattle, WA</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $75–80/hour</p><p><strong>Contract Duration:</strong> 4 months</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours/week</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the comprehensive event agenda, timeline, and day-to-day operations leading up to the conference.</li><li>Oversee website launch and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration with event technology platforms (Bizzabo experience required).</li><li>Drive the design, production, and delivery of all conference materials, coordinating with creative teams and external vendors.</li><li>Manage speaker presentations, rehearsals, and technical run-throughs, providing design feedback and ensuring readiness.</li><li>Oversee volunteer program strategy, including recruitment, scheduling, and onsite coordination.</li><li>Partner with internal teams and vendors on catering, facilities, and event build-out workstreams.</li><li>Provide on-the-ground leadership during the conference, ensuring flawless execution.</li></ul>
